Outfit Post - Mens jacket + Litas

Hey everyone. Sorry I havn't blogged in what seems forever...I was on such a roll in august too! It was my birthday last week and I got a few nice pieces for my winter wardrobe, so i think that kind of got me inspired to start photographing my outfits again. I think this is the first time I've posted me wearing my litas..ive worn them to death..so much so that they're off to the repair man because the bottom of the heel has come off. I'm pretty pissed off though because for £120 you'd think they'd last years..maybe its the way I walk? I'd give them a solid 9 for comfort and a 7 for walkability..you definitely have to concentrate when walking on cobblestones but they go straight into my shopping shoes pile (shoes that you can shop all day in).

I only managed to get these 2 photos and then my camera decided to die on me...i think its a bit unclear what im wearing so i'll just tell you! I'm wearing a denim shirt tucked into a pleated skirt with a jacket and suede boots. :)

Outfit Post - Blackberry Fields

I went shopping last week and picked up this beatles top for £8 from the mens section in Primark....always, always check out the mens floor its great for graphic tees and oversized jumpers. I then went into Office and saw another pair of the jeffrey Campbell clogs but in black for £20...so naturally I picked those up too. I get to the till and their not only marked down to £15 but they had a 20% off sale so in the end I got them for £12...happy customer! And yes they hurt just as bad as the tan but I powered through.

Outfit Post - Red Skirt

I think this is the only time ive taken a photo when theres people around..and I do NOT like it lol. So I only managed these measly couple. I think a lace sleeveless top and a bright red sheer maxi skirt might of been a bit o.t.t just to wear to ikea but toned down with my trusty jacket and slouchy bag made it more casual. Does blogger make anyone elses photo quality worse? I swear these photos don't look this grainy!

Outfit Post - Cable Knit

I finally got my hands on a cable knit cardigan for £3.50! I just need a jumper version now. I'm going to have to throw out those sandals that I wear ALL the time..i've worn down the heel to complete unrepair lol. I'll have to find a new summer go-to shoe, but until then the weather has turned crap and its truly starting to feel like autumn...and I need a coat desperately!

Outfit Post - Campbell Clogs

I do love these Jeffrey Campbell clogs but they are the most painful shoes ever. They're incredibly easy to walk in but they pinch your feet so bad...I literally have no skin left on my toes...it was a bloodbath! I'm definitely going to have to start wearing socks or at least tights with these..which is fine because it is absolutely freezing! Do excuse my rather sophisticated plastic bag courtesy of Salvation Army. I bought a couple of shirts and one pleated skirt...I can't leave a charity shop without a least buying one skirt...it wouldn't be right.
I got the cardigan i'm wearing from the British Heart Foundation for £4 and I think it's my favourite charity purchase this year..I can't get enough of its twisted edges and cuffs!

Outfit Post - Fade To Grey

I wanted to wear a floral maxi dress for probably the last time this summer...but I also wanted to stay warm so I threw a jumper on over the top. I have a tendency to wear sheer floaty materials with chunky knitwear...I like the contrast it creates.

It rained all day. I hate the way my hair looks when it gets caught by the rain and that nasty foggy stuff that lingers in the air hours after which likes to frizz even the flattest and straightest of hairs...boo! Milk braids to the rescue...do your worst bad weather! :p  Oh and the outfit was nothing special, I just wore a plain black jersey skirt and converse on the bottom...hardly picture worthy.

Outfit Post - Lazy

Another pleated skirt with a tucked in top, same old clogs, same old bag and same old jacket....talk about style rut! This is always the outfit I throw on when I have about 10 mins to get ready....because you can literally throw it on. Clogs are the greatest shoes because theres no fussing around with buckles or laces, you just slip them on and off again in a second. Jeans and trousers are a slight hassle with having to balance on one leg..skirts are so much easier especially if you're tucking in a top that has a lot of material...smoothing out lumps and bumps is far too much work for me! What can I say, I'm a very very lazy dresser!

Look what I've got!

Ohhh yes, thats right...I finally own a pair of Litas! I feel like I should do a little celebratory dance or something. I can't wait to wear these bad boys during autumn...and for every day until I die :)
