Words can't possibly the describe the love that I have for that blouse. I adore the draped back, the cut out detail and the lace...swoon! It's something thats casual enough for daytime..maybe with a pair of skinnies and brogues and easily dressed up for night time...a leopard bralet and some super high wedges...yum. So please Topshop...start stocking the good stuff in my local would ya!
